G-20 summit started in Chandigarh

The 2-day meeting of the G-20 International Financial Architecture Working Group has started in Chandigarh. According to the information received, about 100 delegates of G-20 countries have also reached Chandigarh to participate in the conference. About 100 delegates will participate in this two-day conference. According to the information received, the meeting was inaugurated by Union Minister Narendra Tomar and Pashupati Kumar Paras.

The convention has been arranged at Lalit Hotel in Chandigarh. Also, flags have been installed in the city to welcome the delegates of G-20 countries.

In this regard, the spokesperson of the central government said that the main purpose of the G-20 International Financial Architecture Working Group is to strengthen the international financial structure and solve the problems faced by weak countries. He said that the meeting will discuss ways to increase the stability and unity of the international financial structure and to deal with the global challenges of the 21st century.

Apart from this, attention will also be given to finding opportunities for maximum assistance to poor and weak countries. It is worth mentioning that cultural events will be presented to welcome the delegates of 20 countries coming to the city during the two-day summit under G-20 in Chandigarh.
