The island of Patratu Dam has been chosen for the entertainment of foreign delegates during the G-20 Summit. Here, the guests will be entertained by the Cultural Arts Department with the arts of Jharkhand and traditional songs, music and dance.

ATS team did mock drill in new building of lake resort

The ATS team did a mock drill regarding the security arrangements for the guests coming to the G20 summit. So that there can be no loopholes in security. The work of beautification of new guest house including Sarovar Bihar, Children Park, Boat Club of Patratu Lake Resort is in full swing. Day and night the laborers are engaged in completing the works. The chandeliers and eagles worth lakhs will be the center of attraction at the new guest house. All the rooms of the new guest house are being decorated and prepared. Arrangements are being made for the stay of foreign guests in this new VIP guest house. Seven corridors are being built in the guest house. In these, apart from all the tourist places, pilgrimage places, industrial units, forest areas, waterfalls of Jharkhand, art and culture of Jharkhand will be informed through photographs.

Instructions to make the entire area of ​​the dam a no plastic zone

After the instructions received from the Director Tourism Directorate, the Deputy Commissioner of Ramgarh has instructed the Patratu Police Administration to make the entire Patratu Dam complex a no-plastic zone. Ramgarh Deputy Commissioner has instructed Circle Officer and Patratu police station in-charge to ensure removal of all temporary encroachments on the main road from Ranchi district to Patratu and around Patratu Dam complex before February 28. After which the police administration has instructed the hawkers around the dam premises to remove their shops on their own otherwise they will be removed by force.
