French President Macron made a big announcement on January 26, Indian students will benefit

French President Emmanuel Macron is the chief guest at India's 75th Republic Day celebrations. On this occasion, he announced on Friday that 30 thousand Indian students will be able to study in France by the year 2030. This is a very ambitious goal, but I am committed to achieving it,” Macron posted on Instagram. This announcement by the French President is being seen as a gift to India on the occasion of Republic Day.

President Macron said on the post, 'We are opening a new way of learning French in public schools. It has been named 'French for All, French for a Better Future'. New centers are being opened for the purpose of teaching French. We are creating international classes. Through this, students who do not speak French will be able to join our universities. He added in this post, “Not only this, we will also provide visa processing to Indian students who have studied in France. This will help them come back.”

On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Macron held discussions to further strengthen the bilateral strategic partnership. The conversation between the two leaders took place at the luxurious hotel 'Taj Rambagh Palace' in Jaipur. Earlier, the officials had said that the talks would focus on increasing cooperation in defense and security, trade, climate change and nuclear energy among other areas.

PM Modi and Macron held a road show from Jantar Mantar located in the park to Sanganeri Gate. A large number of people gathered in the road show. The two leaders later visited a shop selling local art and handicraft products. Modi gifted President Macron a replica of the newly built Ram temple in Ayodhya.
