First Guru Kirpa Yatra train departs from Amritsar

The Guru Kirpa train has left to visit Sikh religious places across the country. The train left Amritsar railway station on Monday morning, which will travel for about 7 days and cover a distance of 5100 km. A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the Sikh passengers regarding this train. Devotees will visit Shri Hazur Sahib Nanded, Shri Guru Jhira Sahib Bidar and Shri Harimandar Ji Sahib Patna through the Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Tourist Train by the Railways.

This tourist train will have 9 coaches of second sleeper and one coach each of third class second AC. Along with this, delicious vegetarian food will be served to passengers on their berth from a modern kitchen car. An infotainment system has also been installed in the train to provide entertainment and travel information to the passengers. Along with clean toilets, the facility of CCTV cameras will also be available. Throughout the duration of the journey, the railway team will maintain hygiene and health protocols and strive to provide passengers with a safe and worry-free experience.

Let it be known that under the project ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ of Indian Railways, many Bharat Gaurav trains are being run for various pilgrimage places and tourist circuits to promote domestic tourism in the country. Under this, Bharat Gaurav Train departed today. Passengers will also be able to board this train from Beas, Jalandhar Cantt, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Ambala and Delhi Safdarganj stations.
