1. Keep yourself hydrated

But if you drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, you will feel healthier throughout the day.

You can include fruits such as apples, bananas, peaches, grapes, pears in your diet. Dried fruits are also rich in healthy fats, protein and fiber. Also there may be problems like gas, acidity and bloating. During fasting, instead of eating one heavy meal a day, you should eat 3-4 small meals.
