It is important to avoid fried foods, processed snacks and foods high in sugar or salt during the month of Sawan. Also, eating this way can cause digestive problems.
5. Get enough sleep
Adequate sleep is also important to stay healthy and fit while fasting. Due to lack of sleep, you may experience problems like weakness, fatigue, dizziness or headache. Get 6-7 hours of sleep to avoid all these problems. Also, think positive and relax.
6. Eat little by little
Many people are hungry all day during the fast and then eat a lot in one sitting in the evening. But doing so can leave you feeling weak throughout the day. Also there may be problems like gas, acidity and bloating. During fasting, instead of eating one heavy meal a day, you should eat 3-4 small meals. Due to this you will not feel hungry and you will not feel tired or weak.
