According to vigilance sources, Kamal had taken a 3-day blanket bail from the High Court. The court had told the vigilance that 3 days’ notice would have to be given before arresting Kamal. Vigilance had issued a notice to arrest Kamal 2 days ago. After getting bail from the High Court, the former AIG was arrested by the vigilance in the case of disproportionate assets, after which the wife left the phone at home and escaped.
