DYPA: From today applications to 30 IEK with 39 paid internship specialties

It starts today, Monday, June 19, 2023at 18:00the electronic submission of applications for admission to the 30 Vocational Training Institutes (VET) of Public Employment Service (DYPA), for the training year 2023 – 2024in 39 specialties with high demand in the market work.

The possibility submission of applications those interested will have until Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 23:59, while those who hold a high school diploma (General or Vocational), of all ages, have the right to apply.

The submission of applications is done exclusively, through gov.gr, with the codes TAXIS, in the following address.

Specifically, the path is: gov.gr → Education → Enroll in a school → Enroll in a DYPA IEK.

The necessary supporting documents

The necessary supporting documents include the degree and the identity card, while all the supporting documents are attached (uploaded) to the application in PDF format.

Each candidate has the right to choose a total of up to three training specialties in order of preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in up to two IEK her DOUBLE.

As stated in a relevant announcement, the 30 IEK of DYPA provide quality initial vocational training that meets the needs of the economy and ensure the trainees the appropriate qualifications, through the provision of scientific, technical, professional and practical knowledge, enabling them to develop abilities and skills that will facilitate their integration into the labor market.

THE study is of a total duration of five semesters, divided into four semesters (two years) of theoretical and laboratory training, with a total duration of up to 1,200 specialty teaching hours and one semester of paid internship, with a total duration of 960 hours.

The 30 IEK of DYPA provide graduates, after initial professional training certification exams, with a level 5 professional qualification diploma.
