Patiala Central Jail is once again in the headlines. Mobile phones have been recovered here during the checking operation conducted by the jail administration. According to information, 6 mobiles have been seized. In this matter, the police of Tripari police station have registered a case against 4 persons on the complaint of Assistant Jail Superintendent Harbans Lal.

Punjab Police is continuously checking inside the jails. Under this campaign, during the search, the prison administration of Central Jail Patiala recovered one mobile each from the above four sides and 2 mobiles from the bathroom of Compound 7/8, Barrack 9/3. In this regard, the police have registered a case against 4 persons.

According to the information received, the persons against whom a case has been registered include Havalati Sandeep Singh resident of village Gharuna district Mohali, Havalati Harveer Singh resident of village Daunkalan police station Sadar Patiala, Havalati Sandeep Masih resident of village Kakka Kandhiala police station city Tarn Taran district Tarn Taran. Hawalati Gurwinder Singh is a resident of village Dhakonda police station Julka district Mohali.
