freshly ground black pepper
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Green chili (finely chopped)
gram flour (just a little)
salt (to taste)
How to prepare Cauliflower Greens Sprouts Tikki
First boil the moong sprouts. After that mash them with the help of a spoon. On the other hand, cut spinach and cabbage leaves into small pieces.
Now take a bowl, add cabbage leaves, moong sprouts, spinach, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, green chilies, gram flour and salt as per taste and mix them all well together.
If needed, little water can be added to it. Then make small balls from the prepared mixture and flatten it with a light hand.
Now put a non sticky pan on medium flame, when it becomes slightly hot, apply ghee in it.
Then put the prepared tikki in the pan and cook it well till it turns red from both the sides.
