Ingredients for making curry sauce
Kairi (raw mango) – 2
Green coriander – 200 grams
Green chili – 5-6
Garlic – 7-8 cloves (optional)
Roasted cumin – 1/2 tsp
Coconut pieces – 2
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste
water – as needed

How to Make Curry Chutney
To make raw mango chutney, first take the mango and wash it thoroughly and then wipe it with a cotton cloth. After this, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces and separate the kernels. After this, wash the green coriander in water and then cut it into fine pieces. Then cut green chillies and garlic into pieces. Now take a mixer jar and put curry pieces, green coriander leaves, garlic and green chillies in it.

After this add roasted cumin, coconut pieces, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in the jar. Now grind the chutney by adding a little water. After grinding two to three times, open the lid of the jar and add a little more water and grind it again. When the chutney becomes coarse, stop grinding and take it out in a bowl.
