How to reduce bad cholesterol
According to the website of the American National Center for Biotechnology Information ie NCBI, a team of several universities conducted a study on the effect of avocado. For this study, the rats were divided into a few groups. Bad cholesterol was increased in one of these groups by giving them a dose of sucrose. The second group was kept healthy. Apart from this, some groups were also formed in which less and more doses of sucrose were given. After this many elements like Glucose, Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Phospholipid, LDL, HDL, Very Low Density Lipoprotein i.e. VLDL, Creatine were analysed. The findings of the study found that when the oil extracted from avocado was injected into these rats, the level of triglycerides, VLDL, bad cholesterol came down significantly due to its effect. Interestingly, despite all these effects, all these results came without reducing the amount of good cholesterol in these mice. In the study, it was found that HSCRIP levels were also reduced by avocado oil. Due to the reduction of this level, the inflammation in the heart muscles occurs, but the inflammation that occurred in the rats was cured immediately after giving avocado.
