Sangrur The court has issued summons to Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge in a defamation case. The summons to Kharge have been issued on a petition filed by Hitesh Bharadwaj, a resident of Sangrur and founder of the Hindu Protection Council Bajrang Dal Hind.
