CM Mann expressed grief over the martyrdom of army soldier Tarlochan Singh, announced financial assistance to the family.


Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann today expressed deep sorrow and regret over the martyrdom of Indian Army jawan Tarlochan Singh, who was martyred in the line of duty.

In a statement issued here today, the Chief Minister said that 11 Sikh LI. A 35-year-old jawan posted in was seriously injured in an accident due to snow while performing his duty to protect the unity, integrity and sovereignty of the country.

He said that unfortunately Tarlochan Singh, who hails from village Jakhepal Dhaliwalbas, tehsil Sunam Udham Singh Wala, district Sangrur, was martyred while undergoing treatment at the Army Hospital. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that this is an irreparable loss for the country and especially for the bereaved family.

The Chief Minister expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of Bahadur Shaheed and said that the Punjab government is with the family in this difficult time. He said that this martyr showed full dedication and dedication in performing his duty bravely to preserve the glorious heritage of the state while safeguarding the unity of the country.

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the selfless sacrifice of this martyr will continue to inspire his fellow soldiers to perform their duty more diligently. He said that according to the policy of the state government, financial assistance will be given to the victim's family.
