Meaning of Safe Diwali
Talking about the meaning of Safe Diwali, Chief Minister Mann said that Diwali is considered the festival of lights. Children should be especially careful. CM Mann said that I hope that by celebrating Green Diwali, Punjabi will once again emerge as a leading state in the country.
