CM Bhagwant Mann's message to the youth of Punjab

Mann’s msg to Punjab Youth: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday said that after giving more than 29,000 government jobs to the youth in the last one year, the state government will now ensure 2.77 lakh jobs for the youth in the private sector as well.

In the name of the youth of Punjab, the Chief Minister said that it is a matter of great pride and satisfaction that the state government has so far provided more than 29,000 jobs to the youth in various government departments. He said that this is a record because none of the previous governments had given so many jobs to the youth especially in the first year. Bhagwant Mann said that jobs have been given to youth across the state only on the basis of merit and transparency.

The Punjab CM said that since this is not enough, the state government is making efforts to create new jobs in the private sector as well. He said that due to the great efforts made by the state government, an investment of around 48,000 crore rupees has come in Punjab so far. Bhagwant Mann said that this will create 2.77 lakh new jobs for the youth, through which their immense power can be harnessed in a positive direction.

He said that these jobs will give a big boost to the economic activities in the entire state and also make the youth active partners in the socio-economic development of the state. He said that the state government has already taken initiatives to promote Punjab as a center of education at the global level. Bhagwant Mann said that the Punjab government is continuously working to ensure degrees and later appointment letters in the hands of the hardworking and dedicated youth of the state.

Bhagwant Mann said that the main emphasis of the Punjab government is on reversing the trend of migration of skilled youth (brain drain) from the state. He said that the youth no longer need to go abroad in search of jobs as the state government will provide them with lucrative jobs here in their homeland. Bhagwant Mann said that the day is not far, when the Punjab government and the youth together will restore the ancient glory of the state and create a dynamic, progressive and peaceful Punjab.
