Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann today distributed 252 appointment letters to newly appointed candidates of various departments at Municipal Bhavan Chandigarh. In his address before distributing the appointment letters to the newly appointed employees, Mann has said that today the dream of many families has been fulfilled and eligible and capable people have got jobs.

In his address, he said that jobs are being given on the basis of merit. Mann said that first we intended and now we are fulfilling the promise. He said that the man intended to open a clinic which has been completed. Mann said that his government had earlier intended to provide jobs, free electricity and many other demands which were now being fulfilled.

Maan said that he will bring back the business that went from Punjab. Along with this, Mann announced that the Punjab government will open free UPSC coaching centers in the state. Mann said that hostels will also be built in these coaching centers.

Targeting the opposition parties, he said that those who have lost are breaking ties. He said that the opposition parties are breaking the tie for the chair. Mann said that he is working for two people of Punjab.

He said that jobs will be given to the youth in a transparent manner in the Punjab government. There will be no discrimination against anyone. He said that the previous governments had made the government job a breeze. In our government, you will get a job on the basis of merit. We will not hire any referrals.

CM Bhagwant Mann advised the newly appointed employees to work as a team by giving various examples. He said that compared to earlier, now government jobs are not given on the basis of recommendations, jobs are being given only on the basis of merit.

CM Mann said that today PSPCL has 131 clerks, 48 ​​staff nurses in medical education and research department, pharmacy officers, multipurpose health workers, 33 employees in Ayurveda department. But no one got a government job on the basis of recommendation. He talked about giving jobs on the basis of merit.
