Car-riding youths looted 62 lakh rupees from the gym owner

62 lakh rupees were robbed from a gym owner who was going home after withdrawing money from a bank locker in Amritsar. The youth in the car blocked his way.

As soon as the information was received, the police officers reached the spot and started checking the CCTV cameras installed nearby. ACP Sarabjit Singh said that gym owner Bakhtawar Singh Shergill, who lives on Padri Road in Gharinda, withdrew Rs 62 lakh from the Bank of India locker.

He was going back home with the money. Two cars stopped in front of him near Pind Mahal. One of them was an Innova and the other was a sedan car. The youth got down from the car and fled after taking money from them. On the other hand, the victim Bakhtawar Singh refused to appear before the media.
