Bureau report : Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet in 2 courts on Thursday against the President of the Indian Wrestling Federation, Brij Bhushan Singh. A charge sheet has been filed in the Rouge Avenue Court on the charges of 6 Bhalwans. Minor Bhalwan changed his statement

In the case of minor Bhalwan, the Delhi Police said in the cancellation report, “The investigation did not find any evidence of physical abuse, so we are closing the case,” Delhi Police spokesperson Suman Nalwa has said that in the POCSO case, we have the complainant, the victim. The father and himself have appealed to the court to cancel the case based on the statements of the victim. The minor Bhalwan had accused Brij Bhushan of physical abuse. But changed later. The minor Bhalwan said that Brij Bhushan had discriminated against him in the wrestling trials, not his physical abuse. Minor Bhalwan filed statements in court 2 times. The hearing of this matter will be held on July 4, the court will decide whether the case against Brij Bhushan will be prosecuted under the POSCO Act or not.

The charge sheet that the police has filed in the court is the investigation report of Hazar Safya, the evidence and under which sections the case will be prosecuted will now be discussed, the POSCO Act against Brij Bhushan can now be withdrawn.
