Gram flour – 2 cups
Curd – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili – 1 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Tandoori Dhokla
To make tandoori dhokla full of taste, first of all, put 1 cup of curd in a big bowl. After this add gram flour, sugar, lemon juice and salt as per taste and mix it well with the help of a spoon. Make a thin batter of curd and gram flour while whisking for some time. After this add baking soda to the solution and mix.
