BPSC has completed the preparation for 68th Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination. The nodal officers from all the districts who came to the BPSC office on Monday were informed about the change in the examination pattern. In this, on Tuesday, these nodal officers of ADM rank told the officers involved in the examination work in their district about the changes in the examination method as well as the specialty of the new examination method and the precautions to be taken during its operation.
Examination will be held at 805 examination centers
Held on February 12, this examination will be conducted in all 38 districts of the state. In this, 4.34 lakh candidates will be included in 805 examination centers of the state, in which 1.50 lakh girls and seven thousand disabled candidates will also be included. From January 28, candidates are downloading their admit card for the exam. The total number of vacancies is 324.
59 centers made in Patna, 39 thousand candidates will be included
39033 candidates will appear in Patna. For this, 59 examination centers have been set up. The exam will be conducted in the city itself. In other districts also, this time most of the centers have been given in the district headquarters only. There will also be negative marking in the exam. For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. There is also negative marking for using whitener or eraser on the OMR sheet. It is also forbidden to take them inside the examination center.
There will be no entry in the examination center after 11 am.
Candidates will be given entry at the examination center from 9:30 am. Entry will be closed one hour before the commencement of the examination. The exam will start at 12 noon. Entry for this will be given till 11 am only. The exam will end at 2 pm. After the examination is over, the OMR sheet will be sealed in front of the candidate. Only after this the candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall.
If caught in malpractice, he will not be able to take the exam for five years
If the candidates are caught spreading any kind of rumour, action will be taken against them. He will be debarred from appearing in any examination for three years. Its information will be sent to all state boards and UPSC. At the same time, candidates caught on charges of misconduct will be debarred from appearing in any examination for five years.
