Bokaro, Very special special sandwiches are available at Samrat Sandwich’s cart located on Chas Bypas Road, Bokaro. Here 3 varieties of bread sandwiches filled with paneer and cheese are prepared. There is a huge crowd of people to eat it.
Samrat Sandwich shopkeeper Surya Prakash told News18 Local that he has been running a sandwich shop here for the last two years. Prior to that, Surya Prakash used to sell Gol-Gappa. Then he came up with the idea of making sandwiches from YouTube. Inspired by this, he decided to start a sandwich stall and today sells more than 150 plates of sandwiches daily.
Surya Prakash told that he has 3 types of sandwiches prepared. First of all, plain sandwich which costs 30 rupees, in this sandwich only butter and mayonnaise are given to the customer. On the other hand, on Cheese Sandwich, customers get to eat a sandwich prepared with Mayoni and Amul cheese along with bread for Rs.40. People’s favorite paneer cheese sandwich is available for 50 rupees. In which the customers are served bread filled cheese with paneer along with special masala and sweet corn mayonnaise.
Surya Prakash told that to make a special sandwich, first of all vegetables like capsicum, tomato and green vegetables are finely chopped. Then bread masala is filled with sweet corn and mayonnaise. Cheese is put on top of it and heated on a griddle and then it is served with sweet and spicy sauce.
On the other hand, Neetu Kumari, the customer who came to eat the sandwich told that the taste of the sandwich here is very good and cleanliness is also taken care of here and along with this, tasty sandwiches are available at low prices at very few places in Bokaro. At the same time, his shop remains open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
