People believed that opening such a restaurant in a city like Buxar was a stupid move. It is very difficult to run such a restaurant here. But, he started the Chaubara restaurant regardless of people’s nonsense and he got success in it.

Saurabh told that Buxar is a city of religious importance. Devotees come here from far and wide for pilgrimage. In such a situation, the devotees had to face difficulties for pure vegetarian food. Seeing and understanding this, he opened a vegetarian luxury restaurant here. Bihari thali of Chaubara restaurant is very famous. For this, a special plate of litti-chokha is prepared on every Saturday. Its fixed rate is Rs.250.
Free dinner for talented players and students
Sourav told that through his restaurant he gives employment to 16 people. He told that not only vegetarian dishes are served in his restaurant, but a campaign is also run to make people vegetarian. He told that in his restaurant, talented sportspersons and students of the district are given free dinner on their achievements. Along with this, prizes are also given to encourage those students.
He told that apart from this, his restaurant had launched a campaign to provide free food to patients suffering from corona in hospitals during the Corona period. For this, encouragement was also received from the district administration.
