Punjab Govt Honey Singh (Honey Singh) Khil is preparing to cancel the FIR registered for singing obscene songs in Nawanshahr. Regarding this, the Punjab government has informed the court that it has prepared a cancellation report in this case. In 2013, Honey Singh was accused of having sung and uploaded an objectionable song. Honey Singh says that this song is not sung by him but by someone else. Therefore, they have also filed an application in the court.

In this case, this information has been given to the Punjab-Haryana High Court on behalf of the Punjab Government. It has been stated that a cancellation report has been prepared by the government in this FIR which is under consideration with the higher authority. After this information, the High Court has given a decision about Honey Singh and the petition to cancel the FIR has been disposed of. Also, orders have been given to the Punjab government that despite this, if any action is taken against Honey Singh in this case, Honey Singh should be given 7 days notice of that action.

2013 is the case

An FIR was registered against Honey Singh in Nawanshahr police station in 2013. It was alleged that Honey Singh had sung a very obscene song 'Main Rapist..' and uploaded it on YouTube. On this, Honey Singh said that he did not sing this song, someone else sang it. He said that this song was uploaded on YouTube by creating a fake account in his name. Honey Singh requested the High Court to cancel this FIR.
