Owner Aditya Yadav said, ‘We have been making Chole Bhature and Chole Chawal for about 22 years in Bharatpur. Waking up at 6 in the morning, the work of making chickpeas and rice starts. After that till 7 in the morning, the central bus stand is pushed to Hiradas. Customers start arriving even before the push is done. People like the taste of Chole Bhature and Chole Chawal so much that after eating it once, they definitely come back. People keep coming and going for food and drink throughout the day. Auto driver Kuldeep Singh said, ‘I have been eating Chole Chawal and Chole Bhature at their place for 20 years, the taste that was earlier is the same today’.
1500 to 2000 customers come in a day.
He told that the cost of one Dauna Chole and two Bhature in a plate is Rs 25 and the cost of a plate of Rice Chole is Rs 20. About 1500 to 2000 customers taste the taste of Chole Bhature and Chole Rice in a day. Apart from this, they would also pack and take home for their relatives.
