Greater Noida: Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG, showcased its powerful vehicles for the construction and mining industry such as the BharatBenz 3532CM Mining Tipper, 2832CM Mining Tipper and 5532 Tip Trailer. The entire range of truck models is on display at the Bauma ConExpo India 2023 in Greater Noida.
320 HP BSVI excels on tough, sloping mine roads
The new model range comes with a more powerful 320 HP BSVI diesel powertrain that provides high wheel-end torque required to take on the tough, sloping roads of mines. Industry best body capacities have been used in these vehicles which benefit the customers in the mining industry. The new BharatBenz 48T Rigid Tipper and 28T RMC were also showcased at the exhibition.
These trucks can be used for a variety of tasks.
BharatBenz offers a wide range of tipper vehicles ranging from 6-Wheeler 13T Medium Duty Truck to 22-Wheeler 55T Truck (Tip Trailer). These trucks are used for a variety of jobs including surface construction, mining, irrigation/tunneling and intra-city distribution. The new generation trucks of BharatBenz are using Engine Driven PTO instead of RMC (Ready Mix Cement) which suits the requirement of all types of concrete work.
Proved its dominance in the truck market – Sales Head

About 35% of the total heavy duty trucks are from BharatBenz.
He added that we have enabled our clients to complete over 145 mining projects on or before schedule and 60 project sites are being actively monitored through our dealer partners. We are proud that the longest running BharatBenz mining truck has clocked over 37,000 hours and is still going strong. BharatBenz trucks account for about 35% of the total heavy duty trucks and we are sure that our new BharatBenz tipper truck will prove to be a game-changer for the mining industry.
BharatBenz provides comfort to the drivers
BharatBenz’s portfolio also includes the 4828RT truck which offers best-in-class fuel efficiency, superior productivity, easy handling and exclusive ‘BharatBenz Comfort’. DICV has introduced several innovations in the 4828RT like intel-lift, single chamber headlamp with daytime running lights and parabolic bogie suspension with bolster at the rear. The 4828RT model can be used for surface construction such as transportation of iron, coal, fly ash, sand and other construction materials.
