Amritsar A heart-wrenching case has come to light from the village of Rampura in the district. A 7-year-old innocent girl was murdered by her stepmother.
The body of the missing girl was found late at night in the pond of the village. This incident is from Rampuraphool village of Amritsar. The police were constantly looking for the girl. Meanwhile, the police also got CCTV footage from different places, in which the children were seen going with a woman and a man.
It has been revealed in the police investigation that the said girl was killed by her stepmother. After killing, the body was thrown in a bucket. A 7-year-old girl was pretended to be abducted by her stepmother by two motorcycle-riding people.
This step mother suffocated the girl by placing a saran over her face. A close relative also helped him in this work.
The girl has been identified as Abhiroj Jot Kaur. When the girl did not return home till late last night, the relatives informed the police. The police sealed the entire village since morning. The matter was seriously investigated by the police.
The parents had complained that Abhiroj Jot Kaur had left home for tuition at around 4 pm yesterday, after which she did not return home. After this, different teams are being formed by the police to search the houses of the entire Rampura village. Now the matter has been resolved.
The girl’s stepmother has been accused of murder. The body of a 7-year-old innocent boy who went missing from Rampura was found near the village pond. The police have detained the stepmother.
