Ingredients for making linseed paratha
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Roasted Flaxseed Powder – 1/2 cup
Jaggery grated – 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Desi ghee – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make linseed paratha
To make linseed paratha, first clean the linseed and then put it in a pan and roast it on a low flame. When the linseed cools down, grind it with the help of a mixer to make powder. Now put linseed powder in a utensil and add grated jaggery and a little milk to it and prepare the stuffing by mixing it. Take out the prepared stuffing in a bowl and keep it aside.
Now take another mixing bowl and put flour in it. After this add one spoon of oil to the flour and mix. After this knead the dough for paratha by adding water as required. After this cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes. So that the dough gets set well. After the fixed time, take the dough and knead it once more. After this, make small balls of the dough.

Now take a ball and roll it a little round. After this, keep the prepared stuffing in the center and close the mouth from all sides and then roll the paratha again. Now put some ghee in a nonstick pan and spread it all around. When the ghee melts, put linseed paratha in it and roast it. Flip the paratha after some time and roast it by applying ghee on top. Roast the paratha till it becomes golden and crisp from both the sides.
