Reports of flight delays keep coming up, but a case has come to light in Andhra Pradesh, in which the plane took off from the airport 12 hours before the ‘scheduled time’. More than 20 passengers missed their flights due to this chaos. Passengers who could not board the plane have expressed displeasure after the incident.
This incident is from Vijwara in Andhra Pradesh. An Air India Express flight was scheduled to depart for Kuwait from Gannavaram Airport at 1.10 pm on Wednesday. The flight took off 12 hours before the scheduled time i.e. at 1.10 pm and more than 20 passengers could not be traced due to which they missed their flight.
The flight company gave an explanation!
The passengers say that in the ticket given to them, the flight time was written at 1:10 pm on Wednesday. But the flight left late at 1.10 am. According to reports, the Air India staff claimed that they had informed the booking website and the flight timings to the passengers. However, the passengers who missed their flight alleged that they were not informed about it.
A similar incident has also happened in Bangalore
One such case has come to light at Bangalore Airport. According to reports, a flight of the airline Go First took off here leaving more than 50 passengers on board. These passengers were boarding the bus on the runway when the flight took off. But the flight left them and took off. This case is of GoFirst flight G8116 from Bengaluru to Delhi.
Passengers were disturbed at the airport
A social media user shared a video from Bengaluru airport saying GoFirst flight G8116 from Bengaluru to Delhi took off without carrying 54 passengers. The luggage of these 54 passengers was on board the flight. But the plane took off without taking these passengers. The user wrote that many passengers were disturbed at the airport.
