Gurdaspur: The case of entering the house of a Congress leader and shooting him to death is not stopping yet. Harpreet Singh, the younger brother of President Harjit Singh Kahlon, was shot at by 3 unidentified youths on a motorcycle, who entered the house and shot at him. In this incident, Harpreet Singh was injured and has been admitted to a local hospital for treatment. The police have registered a case based on the statements.
Giving information about this, Harjit Singh, the brother of the injured, said that his brother was in the house while three motorcycle riders came and one went inside the house and asked that Gyan Sagar College is yours and he wants to open premises there. When his brother refused, the other person fired at him which hit him in the leg and they fled the scene.
As soon as the family members came to know about this incident, he was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital, after which he was immediately admitted to the Gurdaspur Civil Hospital where he is undergoing treatment. On this occasion, the victim’s family has demanded strict action against the accused.
While giving information about this incident, the police officials said that as soon as they came to know about this incident, they went to the spot and took stock of the situation and based on the statements of the injured person, they have registered a case against three unidentified people. Police officials said that the CCTV footage of the incident is being searched so that the culprits can be arrested as soon as possible.
