Khaira said that according to a report of the Government of India, 66 lakh children are drug addicts in Punjab. Khaira said that according to the report, there are about 7 lakh children who fall into drugs between the ages of 11 and 17.

According to DSP Bhulath Sukhninder Singh, he was informed that the dead bodies of 2 youths are lying in the fields under the bridge near the heritage haveli between Dograwala and Hamira. After which the police reached the spot and found 2 bodies lying there. In which there was a Sikh whose cases were open. According to the police, the deceased were identified as Bikram Singh and Satpal Singh, residents of Raipur Pirbakshwala.
