AAP in Jalandhar by-election: Aam Aadmi Party is fully prepared to contest and win the Jalandhar by-election and the party’s Punjab General Secretary Harchand Singh Burst claimed that the victory of the Jalandhar by-election will be the basis of AAP’s big victory in the 2024 general elections.
According to Harchand Singh Burst, due to the pro-people policies of the party and the excellent performance of the Mann government, AAP will win all the 13 parliamentary seats in Punjab and it will start with a victory in this by-election. Harchand Burst expressed these views during a meeting with all MLAs of Jalandhar, local party leaders and office bearers, where they also discussed the election campaign strategy.
In this meeting held under the leadership of Harchand Singh Burst General Secretary AAP Punjab Rajwinder Kaur Thiara Secretary Punjab, MLA Balkar Singh, MLA Raman Arora, MLA Inderjit Kaur Mann, MLA Hardeep Singh Mundian, MLA Tarunpreet Singh Sodhi, MLA Manjinder Singh Lalpura, MLA Daljit Singh Grewal, MLA Dinesh Chadha, Amandeep Singh Mohi Chairman, Sarabjit Singh District President Rural, Mangal Singh Lok Sabha Incharge, Amritpal Singh District President (Urban), Sarabjit Singh District President (Rural), Surinder Singh Sodhi Constituency Incharge Jalandhar Cantonment, Jeet Lal Bhatti Constituency Incharge, Principal Prem Kumar Constituency Incharge, Dinesh Dhall Constituency Incharge, Ratan Singh Kakkar Kalan Constituency Incharge, Surinder Singh Sodhi and Atam Prakash Bablu joined and discussed to prepare a roadmap to win the by-election.
Along with this, Mandi Board Chairman Harchand Singh Burst, Rajwinder Kaur Thiara (Secretary) and Surinder Singh Sodhi (Halka Incharge Jalandhar Cantonment) visited Jamsher village of Jalandhar Cantonment Constituency and took stock of the crop damage there.
Rajwinder Kaur Thiara assured the farmers that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is fully aware of the loss of farmers due to continuous rains and hailstorms and they will get due compensation on time. He said that unlike the previous governments, the Mann government is a farmer-friendly government and in this hour of crisis, it stands with the farmers of Punjab.
