In the letter sent to CM Bhagwant Mann, the students have written the names of many agents who cheated them. These include names of 5 agents including the accused agent Brijesh Mishra. They have also appealed for financial help to their families living in Punjab.

According to information, a case has also been registered by the Canadian Border Agency in this matter. The accused Brijesh Mishra has also been arrested. Brijesh Mishra did not even have a registered license. Currently, the Canadian Investigation Agency is investigating all the facts of the case.
Activist Jaspreet Singh, who is leading the Punjabi students from Canada, said that before deporting the students from Canada, they were asked to check them one by one. Students themselves have to prove that they are innocent.
Jaspreet Singh said that to prove the innocence of the Punjabi students, it is necessary that the statements/confessions of the accused agents come out in which they are admitting to cheating. Only after this, the case of Punjabi students will be strengthened according to Canadian law.
