In Noida, the police have started strict action against old vehicles. 6 teams of traffic police have been prepared to impound the vehicles. These teams have also seized 78 vehicles within two days.

Most of the seized vehicles are diesel cars. Now these vehicles will be sent for scrapping. Along with this, challans of 750 people have been cut due to lack of pollution certificates in Noida.

Along with this, the police have also started issuing challans for modified motorcycles and cars. Especially those with halogen headlamps or loud exhaust systems. Their vehicles are also being seized. Along with this, pressure loss challans are also being deducted.
