Hoshiarpur: A major incident has taken place in Hoshiarpur. A young man from Mohalla Ramgarh was murdered by his friends late at night. The police have taken possession of the body and started searching for the accused. The police said that the murder was done due to an old grudge. According to information received, 20-year-old Tanmay alias Dhanna went to his father at 11 am saying that some of his friends have come and he is going with them.

His friends first drove him around the city on pretexts and later one of his friends told him to fill up petrol as all the petrol pumps in the city were closed due to late night, in such a way he was taken to Hoshiarpur in a planned manner. – Taken to Reliance Petrol Pump on Phagwara Road, where some boys were already present and they also had sharp weapons.
Those boys attacked Tanmay, due to which he got injured. All the accused fled from there leaving him injured. The employees of the petrol pump immediately informed the police and the injured was admitted to a private hospital. The injured Tanyam died in the hospital at 2 o’clock in the night, the police has started an investigation.
