On the occasion of Mobile World Congress 2023, VL Kanta Rao, Additional Secretary, Department of Telecommunications, told in the ‘India Evening’ program that the government has hosted more than 50 companies in the Indian gallery. Rao said, I am happy to share that in the first six months of 5G deployment, the telecom operators have exceeded all the targets that we had given them for the next three years.
