According to talent search hiring intent data ITthe biggest challenge of Greek employers (27%) regarding retraining/skills upgrading programs is the fact that employees do not have enough time to be able to progress to retraining.

As the survey points out, IT workers need upskilling. 28% of Greek employers would upgrade their technical skills, the 32% in upgrading the corporate culture and 29% in soft skills (communication, leadership, curiosity, collaboration, creativity).
