The complainant said that the accused showed the ticket and visa to Canada from Delhi to his son, but did not send him abroad. Dalbir and Gurdeep Singh took them to Ghaziabad. There they were told that Dilpreet cannot go directly from India to Canada. First you have to go to Bangkok, on 11 July 2022, Gurdeep left with his son in a bank car. According to the complainant, the accused had said that if his son was not sent to Canada, they would return the money at the rate of 4 percent. The police have registered a case against the accused under section 406/420 and 506 of the Immigration Act and started investigation.
