second exercise

third exercise
Stand on your mat and keep both hands folded. Now take a deep breath and raise both the hands from side to side. Then while exhaling deeply, lower the hands with a jerk. Do this 10 times. Keep in mind that the elbow should remain adjacent to the waist and lift it while inhaling.
