Nurse position, Alexandroupoli

Necessary qualifications:

• PE or TE Degree in Nursing
• License to practice a profession (must be stated on the CV)
• Good knowledge of English or French (with B1/B2 level certification),
• Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets and internet services)

Desired qualifications:

• Car driver’s license.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferable knowledge of German).
• Master’s degree in a related subject
• One year of previous work experience in a related field

Considered qualifications:

• Previous employment in immigration / refugee and experience with vulnerable groups
• Voluntary work.

Necessary skills that will be assessed during the interview:

• Experience in communication and mediation with public and private agencies in services to vulnerable social groups in general or children in particular,
• Cooperation skills in the context of team operation
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative, organizational and supervisory skills
• Respect for diversity and non-discrimination, confidentiality
• Ability to solve problems in daily crisis situations, experience in organizing outreach activities and communicating with public and private local agencies.
• Willingness to develop (training, education, updating)
• Flexibility and adaptability

Duties:

• He is responsible for completing the medical history
• Takes care of guests and providing first aid
• It undertakes the monitoring of children’s medical condition and their vaccinations
• Takes care of the medical files
• He is responsible for issuing health certificates for sporting and educational purposes
• He undertakes the routing of medical appointments and the escort
• He is responsible for communicating with medical staff and relaying this information to social staff about the results of appointments
• He has the first say in case of a stay or overnight stay in the emergency room and during hospitalization, all staff members participate in this, depending on the time of hospitalization etc.
• He has the supervision of the pharmacy structure
• He supervises the correct adherence to medication regimens
• Monitors stocks of drugs and over-the-counter drugs and ensures that they are ordered correctly
• He supervises compliance with medical instructions
• Undertakes networking with health agencies
• Undertakes the awareness of the staff / guests in matters of personal hygiene and communicable diseases
