In a recent interview given to Pinkwala, Rajkumar Hirani said on doing a film with Shah Rukh Khan again that if it happens then I would love it.
The director said that it was a lot of fun to work with Shahrukh in 'Dunky' too, if I get a chance in future I would definitely like to work with him but for now I am working on the script.
Saw Shahrukh on TV and decided to make a film
Rajkumar Hirani decided to make a film with Shah Rukh Khan many years ago. The director said during this interview that I thought about it when I saw him working for the TV series. But at that time Rajkumar was studying at Hirani Film Institute. They thought, who would want to come here and work with them?
He said that after seeing Shah Rukh Khan, he thought of working with him, but by the time he came out of the institute, he had become a big star. However, everyone is waiting for the announcement of King Khan's new movie after 3 blockbuster movies, which has not happened yet. Only Shah Rukh knows when it will happen and when it won't. But this year has been very good in terms of box office, in which Shah Rukh has been the biggest contributor.
