The Iron gets alloy wheels while the Bonneville gets spoke wheels. The tank shape of the Iron is tear drop while the Bonneville has a triangle shaped tank.
The speedometer of the Bonneville is analogue while the Iron gets a digital one. The Iron also gets a technometer, low battery indicator and stand alarm which is missing from the Bonneville. Bonneville has USB charger, two modes like road and rain and LED lamp which is not in Iron.

Harley Davidson 883 has a 12.5 liters tank plus 3 liters reserve fuel space while Bonneville has 12 liters tank plus 2 liters reserve fuel space. Both the bikes give an average of 22 kmpl as per ARAI. However, in real conditions this mileage may be less.
