Bureau report : 3 people have died in a painful accident in Hoshiarpur. On the Khuralgarh Garhshankar Road near Mansowal village, the tractor trolley of Ludhiana pilgrims who were going to offer obeisance on the occasion of Baisakhi fell into a ditch. Due to which 3 pilgrims in the trolley died on the spot.
The pilgrims killed in the accident have been identified as Jasvir Singh, Harry and Baba Sada Singh. All the three were residents of Bodal village in Samrala district of Ludhiana. Devotees have also suffered serious injuries in this accident.
Injured in a road accident
The injured include Sukhdeep Singh, Parwanpreet Singh, Jobanpreet Singh, Vijay Kumar, Avtar Singh, Sandeep Singh, Lovepreet Singh, Gursevak Singh, Arsh and Jeeti. 7 of the injured have been admitted to a private hospital while 4 have been admitted to the Civil Hospital of Garhshankar.
The accident happened due to bad road
Jasveer Singh of Samrana said that Sangat Guru Ravidas Ji’s penance shrine Khulargarh Sahib came out on the occasion of Baisakhi. There was a program to stay in Gurughar for 2 days. For which the anchorage was tied behind the generator trolley for the light. The condition of Gardi Mansowal road was so bad that due to the jump, the balance of the generator trolley was disturbed and that tractor trolley fell into the ditch.
