Muktsar A tragic accident took place in Lambi this Sunday morning. A Ritz car collided with a trolley full of wood, due to which four persons died, while one person was seriously injured. He has been admitted to the hospital.
It is being told that the deceased was returning to Malot late at night after buying a car from Delhi. 5 persons were coming from Delhi to Malot in their Ritz car number DL-8CP 6662. At around 12.30 pm when they reached Lambi Tehsil, their car collided with a trolley full of wood.
Mitu, Harbir Singh and Arvind resident of Malot and Arvind resident of Delhi died in the accident. Police officials reached the spot as soon as the information about the incident was received. After a lot of trouble, the bodies of the deceased were taken out of the car. The police took possession of the bodies and sent them to Civil Hospital Giddarbaha for post-mortem. Injured Madan Lal has been referred to Faridkot.
