Rural Industrial Park will be built
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that we have to work towards formulating rural industry policy, for this the concerned departments should complete the process soon. Rural industrial parks will be made for this. 300 Rural Industrial Parks are being built in Chhattisgarh. In these, skilled youth of the state are being given employment through establishment of small industries, vermicompost, natural paint and electricity are being produced from cow dung. Vermicompost is being produced in Gothans of the state. Rural women will sell electricity.
Emphasis on farmer friendly policies
The claim made by the government states that due to farmer-friendly policies, the number of farmers in the state has increased, agricultural production has increased and the area under cultivation has also increased. Along with this, not only the support price of Millet Kodo, Kutki, Ragi has been declared in Chhattisgarh in the International Millet Year, it is being procured for two years at the support price. Farmers are being given input subsidy of Rs 9000 per acre on millet production. In this way, the farmers of Chhattisgarh are getting the highest price in the country for paddy, maize, sugarcane and millets.
