Bureau report : In Urban Estate-2 area of Ludhiana, a maid from Nepal has committed a major incident. He stole gold jewelery worth 7 lakh 22 harzars by intoxicating the businessman and his wife in milk. 2 other companions of the Nepali maid were also involved in the incident. The three had cut the CCTV wires at the time of the incident.
According to the information, 60-year-old Bhagwant Singh has a Tech Tools India Private Limited factory in Sherpur Kalan. His son and daughter-in-law went to visit abroad. Bhagwant Singh and his wife Narinder Kaur were also in the house.
A month and a half ago, Sasmita Roy, a resident of Baklari village in Sunsari district of Nepal, was employed in the house. She lived at home. In the meantime, the maid fainted by giving an intoxicating performance.
After the elderly husband and wife fainted, the maid called her 2 companions. By cutting the star of the CCTV cameras installed in the house. Then stole cash and gold jewelery from the cupboard.
