Sukhbir Badal got anticipatory bail from the High Court in the Kotakpura shooting case

In the Kotakpura shooting case, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has given a big relief to Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal. They have got anticipatory bail in this case. While hearing his anticipatory bail petition, the High Court has ordered the Punjab government to file a status report in this matter.

Earlier, the Faridkot court rejected the petition of Sukhbir Badal while giving relief to Sukhbir Badal’s father, Parkash Singh Badal. A charge sheet was filed, in which Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Badal and former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini were named as the masterminds.
