For new students, only Tehsildar/(Tehsildar) Only income certificate issued by Naib Tehsildar will be valid. The minister said that all the educational institutions will admit the students holding the free ship card in their institutions without charging the admission fee. It will also ensure that the student applies for the scholarship immediately after taking admission in the institution.
A drive to increase enrollment
The minister said that institutions need to implement Aadhaar based attendance system for the year 2023-24. Institutions shall ensure to establish facility centers for the benefit of every eligible student of the scheme. The Post Matric Scholarship Scheme is being run to increase the overall enrollment ratio of Schedule Caste students in higher education.
