Divisional Commissioner Daljit Singh Mangat IAS visited Fazilka today. On reaching here on this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal IAS welcomed him.
On this occasion, a meeting was held with the senior officials of the district by the Divisional Commissioner Daljit Singh Mangat. On this occasion, he said that the special Girdavari work should be completed as soon as possible according to the instructions of the government regarding the damage to the crops due to the recent rains. He said that it should be ensured that the name of any person whose crop has been damaged should not be left out if he is included in the list of damage. He said that according to the orders of Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Maan Be done with complete transparency. On this occasion, he also gave instructions for timely settlement of revenue cases.
On this occasion, Daljit Singh Mangat further said that all the officials should work with the aim of making the benefits of public interest schemes of the Punjab government reach to every section of the society in a speedy and transparent manner without any discrimination. He said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is giving special priority to the education and health sector and the schemes of these departments should be implemented more effectively at the ground level.
The Divisional Commissioner also said that the people coming to the offices should not face any problem in availing the government services and the officials should visit the people regularly and solve their problems.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal informed them about the progress of the ongoing projects in the district.
Additional Deputy Commissioner General Dr. Mandeep Kaur, Additional Deputy Commissioner Vikas Mr. Sandeep Kumar, SDM Abohar Mr. Akash Bansal, SDM Fazilka Mr. Nikas Khinchad and Assistant Commissioner General Mr. Sarangpreet Singh Aujla were also present.
