Mumbai : Veteran actor, director, producer and scriptwriter of Bollywood, Satish Kaushik is no more in this world. He died on Thursday. He took his last breath at the age of 66. Family and friends are deeply shocked by his death. His death was informed by his best friend Anupam Kher through his Twitter handle. Satish Kaushik had celebrated this Holi with great enthusiasm.

This Holi party was organized at Janaki Kutir in Juhu. Where Javed Akhtar, Mahima Chaudhary, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal were also seen along with Satish Kaushik. Paying tribute to his friend, Anupam Kher wrote on his Twitter handle with a sad heart, “Knowing ‘death is the last truth of this world!’ But I had not thought even in my dreams that I would write this about my best friend Satish Kaushik while alive. Such a sudden full stop on friendship of 45 years!! Life will never be the same without you, Satish! Om Shanti!”

Please tell that Satish Kaushik was born on April 13, 1956 in Haryana. In the year 1985, Satish Kaushik was married to Shashi Kaushik. Shashi Kaushik gave birth to a son after many years of marriage, but his son died in 1996 at the age of 2 years. Due to which Satish Kaushik was badly broken. It took a long time for him to come out of this shock. Satish Kaushik made his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Masoom’ released in the year 1983. Prior to this he had worked in theatre. He had given about 100 films to the Bollywood industry and directed more than a dozen films.
