He alleged that the accused Jagdish Singh Johal, using his bribe, pressured him to prepare a noting for approving the payments as per the assessment report of the Horticulture Department by ignoring the revenue records. The spokesperson further said that after oral, circumstantial and documentary evidence against Jagdish Singh Johal, the Vigilance Bureau has registered this PCS. The officer has been named as an accused in this scam case and has been arrested today from Mohali. Apart from this, the role of other concerned officials is also being investigated.
